Our story

Herbal support, made the slow way

Thobela means “greetings” — a hand extended. We started in a home kitchen with a jar of mullein leaves and a question: why is honest herbal medicine so hard to find and so expensive?

Thobela tinctures with fresh herbs

One plant at a time

Every tincture is a single herb — mullein, dandelion, willow bark, ashwaganda, moringa or neem — steeped in 45% alcohol until the plant gives up what it has. Single herbs mean you can feel what works for your body instead of guessing at a blend.

Bottled and dated by hand

Each 30ml bottle carries its bottling date. Our sea moss is wildcrafted and prepared into a 100g gel with nothing added — the same jar we keep in our own fridge.

One fair price

Everything we make costs R120. No premium tiers, no marked-up “hero” product. If a herb is worth taking, it should be affordable to take consistently.
